Our Team

Brianna Beyrooty Durych founded CORA after growing tired of the runaround that slows good work down. She believes a nonprofit’s mission deserves the most direct path to success, and that the teams doing the work deserve the same care as the clients they serve. Brianna brings order and structure to the complex parts of nonprofit operations, so every process is efficient, every decision is equitable, and every dollar counts toward making the world a little better.

Rooted in the community, Brianna serves as Secretary on the board of Long Beach Organic, is a graduate of Lakewood Leadership, and is an active member of DOVIA-LA. She is also a member of the Emerging Consultants cohort.
