At CORA, protecting our clients' information is a priority. We use Google Workspace to store and manage client files and take appropriate steps to protect the confidentiality of the information entrusted to us.

We do not enter client names, personally identifiable information, or identifiable donor, constituent, or volunteer data into AI tools. When using AI to support our work, we do not include identifiable client information.

Client information is used only as necessary to provide our agreed-upon services and is handled with care and discretion. We limit access to client files to authorized individuals and take steps to ensure information is shared appropriately.
